It’s very good to hear that you have been selected to Deshpande Fellowship Program. Don’t think that you have achieved a grate success in your life . It’s a new beginning of your career. Don’t forget that you have many responsibilities to fulfill. Many personality related deficiencies are prevailing in yourself. You are very shy and have fear about failure. Try to come out from all those problems.

Don’t forget that you have to establish your network with eminent personalities and with different organizations which are working in developmental sector in India and abroad. After your fellowship you should able to get a job in a reputed organization. Don’t think only towards getting a job, you also keep open your options to have own organization. Because you are having your own creative ideas in your mind to transform the society.

Deshpande Foundation is providing world class training to prepare human resource to work in developmental sector. Don’t miss any single learning opportunity during your training program. During the training publish some articles to news paper, magazines and journals. It makes you to think out of box, so that you can extend your horizon of knowledge. Try to read more books related to developmental sector.

Follow the rules and regulations which are very essential to lead a disciplined life. It gives recognitions in your working field. Don’t expect more than the reality, because it may lead to dissatisfaction and frustrations and stress. Use your patience in all your activities. Work hard and smart, so that you can achieve success within a short period. It boosts your confidence level and belief in your potentials.

Finally remember your responsibilities towards your family. Try to solve your family problems. So that they can feel and enjoy happiness and satisfaction.
